"We notify you about the cancellation of flights until February 16. In order to request tickets refund, please, apply to the booking office. If the tickets were acquired on the site of the air company, please, write to [email protected]," said the statement.
"Due to technical problems refunding is impossible now," said the company.
"However, all the obligations on tickets refund will be fulfilled," said the company.
