Birtanov opposed rallies and called organizers to "wait"

Astana. June 5. KazTAG - Yelzhan Birtanov, Minister of Health Care of Kazakhstan, has opposed organization of rallies and called on the organizers to "wait", reports the official Internet source covering the situation with coronavirus in Kazakhstan.
"I am calling the organizers of such events (rallies – KazTAG) to wait, because today it is, in fact, equivalent to coercion or calls for a very dangerous event for people, since it may result in an outbreak. Therefore, we are strongly against holding such rallies now. Everything must be in compliance with the law. The law must be uniform and strictly observed, " he said.
According to him, "during the quarantine period, mass events are definitely prohibited."
