The court found video files on Bishimbayev’s phone, which the ex-minister himself does not remember. 12 videos were filmed on November 8-9 at around eight in the morning.
The judge clarifies that the video shows Saltanat Nukenova in a jacket with nothing underneath. In the video, Bishimbayev’s voice is heard, where he insults his common-law wife, forces her to look for something and asks all the time: “Did you sleep with Raimbek Batalov?” (in the last video from November 9, Nukenova’s tired voice can be heard, where she answers the same question: “Yes”).
The judge warned the victims that they should not watch these videos.
