Border cooperation forum involving Kazakhstani and Russian leaders to be held in 2016 in Petropavlovsk
Petropavlovsk. February 11. KazTAG - The interregional cooperation forum of Kazakhstan and Russia involving the states' leaders will be held in Petropavlovsk in 2016, said Yerik Sultanov, akim of North Kazakhstan region.
"The forum of interregional cooperation of Kazakhstan and Russia involving the states' leaders will be held in Petropavlovsk in 2016. For this we have scheduled new infrastructural projects which we plan to implement in the near future," said Sultanov.
He added President Nursultan Nazarbayev has endorsed the initiative of the forum organization in 2016 in Petropavlovsk.
"Within the frameworks of the forum the authorities will raise the question about construction of multi-functional congress hall, which will be used as an office for ethnic cultural unions and marriage palace in the future," said the akim.
