“Create a branch of the Heriot-Watt University of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on the basis of the Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov,” reads the draft government decree.
The main objects of activity of the branch are going to be the provision of educational services in the field of higher and (or) postgraduate education and the engagement in scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities.
