"Daulet Bekmanov has been appointed as a chairman of the committee of state services of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry," reads the report.
From September 2018 Bekmanov worked as a deputy chairman of the National Information Technology JSC, from June 2016 until September 2018 he worked as a deputy director of department for development of state services, he headed the department of Information of the Ministry of Industry and Communications.
