China plans to boost agriculture modernization with reforms
Almaty. February 2. KazTAG - China plans to boost reforms and innovations in the aims of agriculture modernization in 2015, reports the Xinhua news agency.
According to the document published by the state council of China the economy will transfer from high growth rates to moderate. On the background of slowdown of economic growth rates it is important to strengthen the status of agriculture as a basis of economy and increase the revenues of farmers.
According to the document China aspires to transform the model of agriculture development, it also aims to promotion of politics, construction of new social villages, strengthening of reform in agricultural districts and strengthening of role of laws in solution of agricultural problems.
