China will build speed railway from Beijing to Moscow via Kazakhstan valued $242 bln
Almaty. January 23. KazTAG - China will build a speed railway 7000 km long from Beijing to Moscow through Kazakhstan valued $242 bln, reports Bloomberg.
According to the city authorities of Beijing the railway will provide people and goods traffic to Europe and Asia. A trip from Beijing to Moscow will take two days. The route will run through Kazakhstan.
The railway construction is planned in the time when the economy of Russia is taking efforts to rehabilitate from fall of oil prices on the background of relations deterioration with the EU and US due to the conflict in Ukraine, while China is trying to take up its speed railway technologies on the international level.
