"The crime prevention officers discovered operation of an illegal cinema located in a residential house in the heart of the city. There were 11 visitors in three rooms in the time of the check. The workers were not wearing medical masks violating the rules of sanitary-disinfection regime," said the report.
The owner, aged 26, has been brought to liability under Art.476. He has been arrested for 10 days.
