"The sanitary aviation service transported a citizen of Kazakhstan from Russia in a critical condition on April 21 at 16.54 to the Republican center of neuro-surgery," reads the message.
The parents of the young woman applied to the Health Care Ministry of Kazakhstan requesting transportation from St. Petersburg in critical condition.
