"The court has ordered to exempt A. Demir of punishment under art. 68 (exemption from criminal liability in connection with reconciliation) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to discontinue the proceedings," said Kairat Imankulov, judge of the Almalinsky District Court.
The defendant compensated the victim for moral and material damage.
The victim did not appear in the court, however, he passed a statement in which he asks to consider the case without him, since he has no complaints in respect of the defendant.
A. Demir pleaded guilty in court and asked to exempt him from punishment in connection with reconciliation with ambulance driver Nikolay Kuchma.
