Citizens of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus will be able to wok at EEU national market as people of one citizenship - Shuvalov
Astana. May 30. KazTAG - The citizens of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus will be able to work at the enterprises of the member-states of Eurasian Economic Union as people of one citizenship, said Igor Shuvalov, First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia.
"To get it made, to create own business, there will be considerable facilitations on diplomas recognition. There are some exemptions on pedagogic profession, doctors with diploma - there are restrictions for them when they will have to go through procedure of diploma recognition. All other specialties won't need any procedure of diploma recognition and there will be such factor as competition," he said.
"You may be a citizen of Kazakhstan, Belarus or Russia but everywhere you will be perceived as a person of one citizenship for business activity, there where it is more profitable, less taxes, easier to get license, or attract work power one may organize his industry or business," he said.
