"Coal price on the market in comparison to the prices in the previous heating season is as follows: the price has decreased in Shymkent (by 13%), in Kokshetau (by 9.8%), Karaganda (by 4.9%), Kyzylorda (by 7.1%), Taldykorgan (by 10.5%); the price has not changed: in Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Zhezgazgan, Taraz; the price has increased: in Semey (by 3.9%), Kostanay (by 0.6%), Uralsk (by 5.7%), Pavlodar (by 20%), Ust-Kamenogorsk (by 0.8%), Petropavlovsk (by 0.5%), ” said Ruslan Dalenov, Minister of National Economy.
He noted that the heating systems in Aktau and Atyrau have been gasified.
“The total volume of coal production in January-October 2019 amounted to T88.9 million (municipal coal T9.2 million). Coal is shipped to all regions of Kazakhstan. At the same time, there is no deficit, contractual obligations are being performed," he said.
