"The cold anticyclone from the regions of the Scandinavian Peninsula, which caused the transition of rain into snow and drop in air temperature in the northern half of the country, will continue to move through Kazakhstan," indicates the weather forecast for April 20-22.
Rain, snow, frost down to -3 are forecasted in the southern regions.
