"Cyclone will move to the east bringing rain, snow, gust in the south-east and east of the state. The temperature will be below zero throughout the whole territory of Kazakhstan, in the northern region the temperature will drop at night to -2-10, in south 0+8, which will be below the average temperature by 3-6 degrees," said the report.
According to meteorologists, active cyclone with cold atmospheric fronts has resulted in drop of temperature and precipitations.
