"In order to increase the quality of staff preparation in the field of technical and professional education on the base of international requirements, including WorldSkills, comfortable model-competence programs have been developed. Now the students of colleges have a chance of getting up to three related qualifications within the frameworks of one education period, with the chance of entering the labour market after getting each qualification. 98 000 places are provided annually within the frameworks of the state order, including 21 000 places from the republican budget," said Askhat Aimagambetov, Minister of Education and Science.
He said Zhas Maman project will support the technical and professional education, on the base of 180 colleges and 20 universities more than 200 thousand specialists will be prepared under new standards, more than 15 000 teachers will improve their qualification.
