"The educational process is dactylic in colleges because there are no machines, no animals, no land. How is it possible to prepare a specialist who will be in demand in the job market and not join the ranks of the unemployed?” he said addressing with a request to Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin at a plenary meeting of the Majilis.
He said there is no equipment for practical work in the Atbasar Agrarian Technical College.
“It turns out that the inventory is not provided by the order of the Ministry of Education No. 97 dated 2012. Only desks and chairs are available," he said.
In his words, recently deputies received information that out of 320 college students in the Turkestan region, only 247 people attended the classes during a whole week.
He believes the low quality of educational programs, lack of equipment will lead to the professional unsuitability of graduates.
