Commodity circulation between Eastern Kazakhstan and CU made up 330 bln tenge in 2013
Astana. April 17. KazTAG - The commodity circulation between East-Kazakhstan region and the Customs Union's states made up 330 bln tenge in 2013, said Berdybek Saparbayev, akim of East Kazakhstan region.
"The commodity circulation grew up by 27 percent between Russia and Eastern Kazakhstan in 2013, or 268 bln tenge. Similar growth was fixed in Belarus- 67 bln tenge," said Berdybek Saparbayev at the briefing in the central communications service.
He also reported about the profits of reinforcing plant which exports oil and gas equipment to Russia, in his words, the commodity circulation with Russia "amounted to 3 bln tenge in 2013".
In his words, border cooperation with Russia is being conducted in the fields of industry, car production, agriculture. Tourism branch is being developed attracting foreign tourists to Eastern Kazakhstan and Altay.
