Conflict at Kyrgyzstan-Tajikistan border" Kyrgyzstan authorities launched temporary air flight
Almaty. March 18. KazTAG - A temporary flight Batken-Isphana has been launched due to the situation at the Kyrgyzstan-Tajikistan border, reports KyrTAG with a reference to the press-service of the Government of Kyrgyzstan.
"The first flight en route Batken - Isphana has been launched. The Government of Kyrgyzstan took the decision to launch a temporary flight Batken-Isphana-Batken due to the situation at the Kyrgyzstan-Tajikistan state border," the message reports.
The flight is operated by Tez Jet airline. The first flight evacuated 83 people.
Prior to the flight, the inhabitants of Ak-Say and Kok-Tash were evacuated by buses and passenger cars to Batken.
As it was reported the conflict broke out on March 13. Three citizens of Kyrgyzstan suffered in the incident, Tajikistan declared about one casualty. The Interior Ministry of Kyrgyzstan said on Saturday that the situation stabilized.
