“Rescuers found three injured men: one was born in 1987 who suffered craniocerebral injury, concussion, lacerated hip wound, one was born in 1996 with a diagnosis of closed craniocerebral injury, concussion, laceration of the right hand, another man was born in 1993 is passing medical examination,” said the Department for Emergency Situations of Pavlodar region.
The workers of the disaster medicine center provided all the victims with first aid, they were hospitalized in the first city hospital.
Pre-trial investigation started under Article 277 (violation of safety rules during mining or construction work) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
