"Taking in account introduction of the new mortgage program 7-20-25 the mechanisms of Nurly Zher program have been revised providing exclusion og the task on subsidizing of mortgage crediting. The liabilities on concluded agreements will be performed ( 6.4 bn tenge are planned for the assumed liabilities and applications). The volume of financing may be increased for construction of engineering communications from 80 bn tenge to 100 bn tenge," reads the statement.
Since 2019 additionally 10 bn tenge will be allocated annually from the republican budget for construction of rent housing without redemption (from 25 bn tenge to 35 bn tenge), "it will annually provide housing additionally to 1000 families from socially-vulnerable categories".
