Contract group on negotiations in Minsk agreed upon cease fire regime
Almaty. February 11. KazTAG - The participants of contract group have agreed a scheme of heavy armament withdrawal in Minsk and cease fire regime in Ukraine as well as control on performance, reports the BELTA news agency.
The negotiations involved Leonid Kuchma, ex president of Ukraine, Viktor Medvedchuk, leader of public organization "Ukrainian choice". South-east was represented by Denis Pushilis and Vladislav Dainego.
Meanwhile, according to the TASS agency with a reference to Vladislav Dainego, the negotiations of the contract group will continue in Minsk on Wednesday, February 11.
He said "Achievement of stable peace in Donbass is possible only under political solution of the question. Thus, according to Dainego, the project of the contract group is "based on a set of political and military measures".
"We have passed a draft protocol indicating a set of measures of military and political character directed on peaceful resolution. The contract group accepted the draft document and interrupted work for consulting. The work will continue tomorrow," he said.
