“The interdepartmental commission has made a number of decisions. Tightening of sanitary and epidemiological control at the border checkpoints: The number flights to foreign states will be reduced from October 26 taking into account the epidemiological situation ; carry out mandatory PCR testing of all arriving passengers in the territory of Kazakhstan (including citizens of Kazakhstan), as well as drivers carrying out bilateral international transportation; the validity period of the certificate of the PCR test is three days," reads the statement.
From October 19 in most regional laboratories of Kazakhstan, the cost of PCR testing should be reduced to T9 000.
“Gradual resumption of the activities of business entities in regions with "green” stable epidemiological situation in the absence of an increase in morbidity. From October 24, work resumes on Saturdays until 17.00 of the shopping center, trading houses, covered markets. From October 26, cinemas with occupancy of no more than 30% will resume their work in compliance with distance and mask regime," reads the statement.
“The ban on the activities of preschool institutions, billiard and computer clubs, entertainment venues, banquet halls and nightclubs will remain in force. The ban on interregional passenger transportation and the formation of common wagons will remain in force," reads the statement.
