Court refused to move hearing to another state on the case of suspects on terror act in Boston
Almaty. May 14. KazTAG - The court in Boston refused to move the hearing from Massachusetts to another state on the case of Kazakhstani students Dias Kadyrbayev and Azamat Tazhayakov, and also American Robel Phillipos, accused of hindering investigation of Boston terror act, reports the ITAR-TASS news agency.
"The court in Boston did not permit to move the hearing on the cases of Dias Kadyrbayev and Azamat Tazhayakov to another state, and also American Robel Phillipos," reads the message.
The court permitted to move the hearing to Springfieldcity, which is also located in Massachusetts, 130 km to the west from Boston.
The cases of three students will be considered separately. According to estimations of the prosecutor’s office each process lasts for about two weeks, thus, all of them will be considered until November when the court on D. Tsarnayev is scheduled.
