Pavlodar. November 24. KazTAG - The appellation board has rejected the claim on compensation of moral harm to the relatives of frontier guards deceased at "Arkankergen" checkpoint.
"The appellation board has refused to satisfy our claim to the border service, the Ministry of Finance. The higher authority believes that the argument that Vlad Chelah killed our children and has to pay off the moral harm was convincing. But we had sent our children to the army, but not to Chelah," said Tatyana Rey, mother of deceased frontier guard.
She reminded that Saryarka court of Astana rejected the claim of the relatives of ten deceased soldiers on October 20. Each relative claimed the "Border service NSC RK", military unit 2484 and the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan to pay off 20 mln tenge as a moral compensation.
The court declared that Vladislav Chelah was adjudged guilty of death of the soldiers. The claimants did not agree with the judgment and sent an appellation claim to the city court of Astana but lost again.
