The court N2 of Kostanay has not studied all the evidences. The collegium has canceled the verdict of the first instance," said the message.
As it was reported, a passenger was raped on the train travelling from Nur-Sultan to Aktobe. The woman was on the way from a scientific conference. She was attacked by two trainmen.
The court of Kostanay pronounced a verdict to two trainmen Kolkanat Kurmaniyaz and Zhetes Umbetaliyev and sentenced them 2.6 months imprisonment.
