Criminal case on activist Dulat Agadil death terminated in Nur-Sultan

Astana. May 29. KazTAG - The criminal case on Dulat Agadil death has been terminated in Nur-Sultan, reports the prosecutor's office of Nur-Sultan.
"The cause and circumstances of Agadil's death have been thoroughly investigated by the experienced forensic experts and specialists - cardiologists of high category. The group involved the experts invited by the relatives of Agadil. They have revealed that Agadil died of acute myocardial infarction due to the development of severe spasm of the coronary arteries and arterioles, which led to a failure of blood coagulation with increased thrombosis and insufficient blood supply to the left ventricle of the heart. Experts did not find bodily injuries on his body. In this regard, on May 25, the criminal case on the death of Agadil was terminated due to the absence of a criminal offense,” reads the statement.
According to the statement, "the investigation has restored the entire chronology of events prior to his death."
“Agadil was a suspect,  he violated his recognizance not to leave, evaded the investigating authority and was put on the wanted list. For these reasons, the court changed his measure of restraint for arrest. Thus, the detention of Agadil was carried out by the police within the framework of the requirement of the law on the base of the court decision," reads the statement.
