Dangerous medicine withdrawn from pharmacies in France still in sale in Kazakhstan

Astana. February 14. KazTAG - Fatally dangerous medicine Eurespal withdrawn from pharmacies in France is in sale in Kazakhstan, reports Astana TV channel.
"Eurespal can cause heart failure. (...) It is being withdrawn from pharmacies in France. Russia is working on this question. The medicine is still in sale in Kazakhstan," reads the message.
The manufacturers of Eurespal have declared about possible negative consequences for the patients. The medicine is demanded for the patients with asthma and diseases of respiratory tracts.
"The French specialists of the National agency for medicines safety and goods for health have declared about the danger for the first time. The medicine is produced in France. Scientists revealed that the medicine can cause heart rhythm disorders. The results of the study were published by the Kazakhstan's representative office of the pharmaceutical company Servier. They are the owners of the registration certificate of the drug," said the message.
On the official website of the manufacturer reported that the procedure for withdrawal of the drug is being discussed with the Ministry of Health Care.
