"Ondasyn Urazalin, head of the region, introduced new deputy akim of the region on economic issues. Under coordination with the Presidential Office Ruslan Mamunov has been appointed to this post," said the statement.
Mamunov, aged 39, worked as a manager, chief manager of KazMunayGas, head of department of investment projects and capital construction of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, head of contracts department KazSatNet.
From March 2019 he worked as a chairman of the socio-business corporation Aktobe.
