Deputy chief of colony in Aktobe was offering freedom to prisoner for 1 mln tenge

Almaty. January 17. KazTAG - Rakymzhan Nurmukhan, deputy chief of colony in Aktobe has been sentenced 9.6 mln tenge fine for swindle, reports diapazon.kz.
"Nurmukhan Rakhymzhan worked as a deputy chief of Aktubinsk colony 168/2. He promised early release to a prisoner for 1 millin tenge. As a result he found himself on the dock," reads the report.
R.Nurmukhan had a rank of a major.
"He has been sentenced 9.6 mln tenge fine and deprived of the right to take post in state service for life term," reads the message.
