Development of health care system needs 1.5 trln tenge – Senate deputy

Astana. October 22. KazTAG - Development of health care system in Kazakhstan requires 1.5 trln tenge, said Serik Bekturganov, Senate deputy.
"1.5 trln tenge investments are needed for development of health care system," he said at the session of the Governmental hour.
He said the tariffs for primary medical-sanitary aid have not been revised since 2014, for stationary aid- since 2012. At the same time, the tariffs for communal services, medicines, consumables have changed.
"In this situation hospitals and polyclinics aspire to settle only current problems, they have no time to work on development and investments," he said.
In his words, wear of buildings of medical organization makes 56%, equipment with medical technique is 73%, wear of equipment has reached 50%.
