Dosayev calls SCO states to liquidate trade barriers
Astana. November 20. KazTAG - Yerbolat Dosayev, Minister of National Economy, has called to solve the questions connected with trade barriers on the space of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
"It is necessary to solve the question connected with trade barriers to develop trade on the SCO space," the message of the Ministry of National Economy cites Dosayev spread by the results of the session of Ministers of SCO member-states.
"Creation of the Eurasian Economic Union is an important factor for elimination of tariff and non tariff barriers among the SCO states, whose members are Russia and Kazakhstan. In the near future we anticipate accession of Kyrgyzstan in the union," he said.
Kazakhstan has been facilitating customs and transit procedures on the national level. Since January 1 2015 the number of documents required on customs clearing on goods import will be reduced from 12 to 4, export- from 10 to 3.
"We are introducing electronic declaration and "one window" for export-import operations, we are bringing focus on post-customs control," he said.
In his words, the commodity circulation of Kazakhstan with the SCO states made up $50.05 bln by the results of 2013.
