"26 years old driver of Mercedes-Benz was driving down Shakhterov street towards the Republic avenue on December 26 at 2.30, according to preliminary data he lost control, crashed through a fence and drove into a parking lot where he crashed into six parked cars," said the message.
The Mercedes-Benz' driver and his two passenger applied for medical aid.
Investigation is underway.
