"This project is on the stage of processing. We are developing a road map now, coordinating it with the state bodies. After the authorized state bodies express their vision, we will proceed to next step," he said.
In his words, introduction of e-residence within the frameworks of the state program "Digital Kazakhstan" is based on the experience of Estonia. In his words, e-residence is a mechanism "so that foreign businessmen might create business or industry" on the territory of Kazakhstan.
"Without visiting the state one can conduct business, create a company, manage it, pay taxes, be a tax payer, get services of electronic government. An e-resident will get an ID card with biometric data, electronic-digital signature," he said.
In his words electronic residence excludes entry preferences, but only gives opportunity for remote business. In his words, with the project the state can get "additional investments and new work places".
