EEC does not take into account proposals of Kazakhstani Government on technical regulations - national chamber
Astana. April 22. KazTAG - The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) does not take into account proposals of Kazakhstani Government and business while adopting technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Commission, said Rakhim Oshakbayev, deputy chairman of the national business chamber.
"First of all we are concerned about technical regulations. I think it is the most complicated section... The commission planned 66, now there are 34, and all of them in my opinion and according to many experts, of bad quality, it is 100 % bad quality, the proposals made by the business society and the Government are not taken into account," he said.
"Especially it concerns technical regulations, they take official objections of Kazakhstani side, generalize them, attach as reference material, propose the commission members to vote. The majority of regulations have been adopted this way," he said.
