Astana. November 21. KazTAG - The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) is preparing draft agreements on free trade zones with Vietnam, New Zealand, Egypt, India and Israel, said Nurlan Aldabergenov, member of EEC board- Minister on Competition and Anti-monopoly regulation.
"Within the frameworks of international cooperation we are taking measures in terms of state purchases, negotiations and preparation of draft agreements on free trade zones. It is Vietnam, New Zealand, Egypt, India, Israel. Memorandums and agreements have been concluded with the federal competition agencies of Australia, we are negotiating memorandums conclusion with other agencies which are responsible for state purchases," he said.
"We have provided a national regime in the field of state purchases, including in terms of mutual recognition of digital signature, and correspondingly, we have included the main regulations in the agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union- it is an agreement on state and municipality purchases. The next stage is agreements conclusion in the form of electronic document. We plan to finish this work in 2016," he added.
