EEU agreement weighted and literate - Nazarbayev
Astana. May 29. KazTAG - The agreement on Eurasian Economic Union is weighted and literate, said Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of Kazakhstan.
"Our meeting today has real historic significance for the future of Kazakhstan, Belarus and Russia. We have finished colossal work on preparation of the agreement on Eurasian Economic Union, its signing will signify new stage of integration development on the Eurasian space. I think the agreement is literate, weighted, takes into account the interests of all our states," he said at the session of High Eurasian Economic Council.
The agreement reflects all the basic aspects peculiar to international organizations, fixes the principles of sovereign equality of the states, territorial integrity, and respect of peculiarities of political establishment of the member states.
"Consensus principle will become the base for decision making. Thus, the vote of each state will be defying," he added.
In his words the staff policy in the bodies of the union will be based taking in account the principles of equal representation of the parties and on the competition base in order to attract the most qualified specialists.
"All the international agreements within the frameworks of the union, decisions of commission which have obligatory character will be taken in the Russian language with further translation into the state languages of the states. There won't be any language discrimination," he said.
