EEU countries and China will improve conditions on mutual trading
Astana. May 30. KazTAG - the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan adopted ф law “On ratification of the agreement on trade and economic cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Union and its member states and the People’s Republic of China,” - reported official media.
"The agreement will simplify the procedure of technical regulation, sanitary and phytosanitary measures that are applied in mutual trade," - said the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ruslan Dalenov, presenting the bill at the plenary session of the Senate on Thursday.
He noted that the agreement covers issues of customs cooperation, protection of intellectual property rights. It alos provides protection of consumer rights, the exchange of information on the application of measures to protect the domestic market and provided subsidies in the field of electronic commerce. The main directions of development of sectoral cooperation identified as folowing - agriculture, energy, transport, industrial cooperation, technology and innovation, finance and the environment, ” - Dalenov added.
