Eight years old boy suffered burns of hands and face from furnace in East Kazakhstan region

Astana. November 19. KazTAG – An eight years old boy has suffered burns of hands and face while kindling a furnace in the East Kazakhstan region, reports the emergency situations committee.
"A boy born in 2011 was taken to hospital in Kalbatau village with burns of hands and face at 18% area. The boy had been kindling a furnace using petrol," said Nursultan Nurakhmetov, official representative of the committee of emergency situations.
He also said that a woman born in 1983 poisoned with natural gas was hospitalized in Akermen village on November 18.
"The cause of the accident was violation of exploitation of gas furnace (the funnel was not cleared)," he said.
Another man, born in 1966, poisoned with gas was hospitalized in Aktogay village on November 18 who suffered on the territory of a mosque where the furnace door was not closed tightly.
