"He suffered in the massacre," said Kalaichidi on Sunday.
He added the Ministry of Interior Affairs is analyzing the messaging.
"First of all the people are being identified. There were several hundreds of people. We will identify each of them. How they came, why, what was his intention. Some people who came did not take part, but just made a filming of the conflict. Some of them were making comments. The conflict affected several villages. We will interrogate all the participants and witnesses," he said.
