"Tleuov was adjudged guilty of taking a bribe and sentenced to three years imprisonment by the district court N 2 of Yesil district in Nur-Sultan. Abdiyev has been fined 71 mln tenge for giving a bribe," said the message.
Tleuov was suspected of getting 5 mln tenge bribe from Abdiyev for signing the acts of work under a public procurement contract for the maintenance of lighting in the Almaty district, as well as for general patronage.
