Astana. October 3. KazTAG – Kazakhstan Financial police informs that ex-deputy of Majilis (Lower chamber) of the Parliament of Kazakhstan Amanzhan Ryskali is declared wanted.
As reported, the Atyrau city court №2 issued a warrant for the arrest of the former deputy Amanzhan Ryskali on October 1, 2012.
According to the regional court, ex-deputy has been accused that in 2008 he "fraudulently acquired nine apartments from a construction company and caused damage to a legal entity of 200 million tenge in total".
According to the press-service, current location of Ryskali is unknown, since he has been hiding.
Besides, the presidium of the Kazakhstan Democratic Party (KDP) "Ak Zhol" decided to suspend membership of Ryskali in the party.
To remind, by Presidential decree an akim of Atyrau oblast Bergey Ryskaliyev was dismissed for health reasons on August 15, 2012. Then the financial police initated a number of criminal cases related to major theft of budget funds in the area. Since then the location of B.Ryskaliev and his brother majilisman A.Ryskali has been unknown.
On September 19, Majilis of the Parliament decided to terminate powers of the deputy A.Ryskali, because he submitted a statement saying that he could not be a member because of "the moral and ethical considerations and arising publicity.”
