Astana. June 3. KazTAG - Ex-head of the Nur-Sultan jail is suspected of fraud for KZT128 million, informed the press service of the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for anti-corruption.
“In excess of official powers, suspected the former head of the correctional institution of the capital, who created favorable conditions for serving one of the convicts. As a result, the convicted fraudulently seized the money of more than 500 citizens in the amount of KZT128 million, who entrusted him, allegedly for a down payment on mortgage lending”, - the message said on Monday.
The agency noted that the investigation is ongoing.
