Ex prosecutor general of Kyrgyzstan declares about intrigues in the high echelons of power and lack of President's support
Almaty. February 11. KazTAG Ex prosecutor general of Kyrgyzstan Aida Salyanova declared about intrigues in the high echelons of power and lack of President's support, reports the KyrTAG news agency.
"Can a Prosecutor General protect hundreds of people, if he is not protected himself? The president could not or did not want to protect my interests in response to enemies who threatened me and blackmailed me in the time of my work in the General Prosecutor's Office. Political intrigues were higher than my force. My resignation was forced," she said.
In her words, enemies were seeking motives to blame her for violations or criticize, however, it would be possible to work under support of the management. In her words, there have been no trustworthy relations with the President. She also said she did not plan to leave Kyrgyzstan.
She added she resigned due to political intrigues organized by the people from the Presidential office. At the same time, she indicated no implication of Daniyar Narymbayev, head of the Presidential office.
"Many people said that D. Narymbayev was involved. But I think, he wasn't. The political intrigues came from other people in the President's circles," she added.
