Exchange trading in coal saved about 20% for consumers - Zhumangarin

Astana.  June 22. KazTAG - Exchange trading in coal with the supply of open pits saved about 20% for consumers, said Serik Zhumangarin, chairman of the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition of Kazakhtan.
“For the first time, exchange trading in coal took place, where the basis of supply comes directly from quarries. The first trades in Karazhyra and Shubarkul showed that savings for the consumer are about 20%, ” he said.
According to him, by the end of the year, exchange trade will expand at the expense of aviation kerosene, diesel fuel, and wheat.
“As of today, trading in gasoline, bitumen, coal, liquefied gas has been launched,”  he said.
