Export of Kazakhstan to Austria is 95 times lower than import – Ministry of Trade
Astana. September 23. KazTAG - Exports of Kazakhstan to Austria amounted to $ 1 million, and imports from Austria - $ 95 million, reports the Ministry of Trade and Integration.
Kazakhstan has increased exports to Austria by 59%, to $ 1 million. Imports to Kazakhstan have increased by 16%, to $ 95 million, reads the report.
Kazakhstan resumed supplies of tantalum to Austria - by $ 428 thousand, the export of flax seeds increased by 3.7 times or by $ 117 thousand and fish fillets - by $ 104 thousand, supplies of Kazakhstani beryllium, chromium, germanium, vanadium and other rare metals - by $ 142 thousand.
The trade turnover between Kazakhstan and Austria decreased by 10.7% compared to 2019 ($ 181.8 million) and amounted to $ 162.3 million.
Mutual trade increased by 14%, compared to the seven months of 2020 ($ 84.6 million), amounting to $ 96.4 million within seven months of 2021.
