“The aviation investigation does not set the task of finding the perpetrators, the task is to reveal the reason for making recommendations and prevent accidents in the future. There are no questions to Kazaeronavigation, there are no questions to the airport, but at the same time there are no questions to the operator either – all of them acted within their instructions and rules. It was a fateful combination of circumstances. We believe that, in calm weather, two minutes to disperse the vortex trail from the previous plane is not enough. But the crew coped with the work, they landed the plane on the fuselage," Zhumasultanov said in the statement on Youtube.
Earlier at a press conference in Almaty, Zhumasultanov said the house in which the plane crash was the cause of the accident.
