First presidential candidate filed his document to CEC

Almaty. April 23. KazTAG - The central electoral commission of Kazakhstan reported about filing of the first documents of a presidential candidate.
"Sadybek Tugel filed his documents as a presidential candidate on April 22, he is promoted by the public union "Republican movement Uly Dala Karandary"," reads the message.
The central electoral commission has received : biographical data; a document certifying the payment of the election fee to the account of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan; copy of an identity document; copies of diplomas of higher education; documents confirming experience in the public service.
Tugel was born on February 23 1955 in the East Kazakhstan region. He graduated from journalism faculty of the Kazakh state university named after Kirov in 1992. In 1990 he got a degree of politologist and sociologist in Almaty higher party school. In different years he worked as a chairman of the committee of public control of Ulan district, chief editor of Ulan district newspaper Ulan Tany, in December 1994 he was transfered to the office of the Corporation of TV and Radio of Kazakhstan, since January 1998 until November 2000 he worked as a spokesman of the akim of Akmola, since 2000 he chaired the national-patriotic party Menin Kazakhstanym, since 2002 until 2004 he headed the international press-center of Astana, worked as a director general of Astana Dauysy news agency, since 2004 until 2005 he worked as a head of department of Senate. Since 2006 he has been involved in creative and public activity.
