"It is too early to give any comments or conclusions. We need time (...) An international expert who has certification will arrive to Almaty at 18.40. He will start working in the commission. The flight recorder will be taken to Moscow by our inspector of department on aviation accidents. He will start working on Monday," said Berik Kamaliyev, Vice Minister of Industry and Infrastructural Development, on Saturday commenting on the plane crash.
