FlyArystan flight delay from Almaty explained by aircraft location in another city

Almaty. November 12. KazTAG – The delay of the so-called “low-cost” FlyArystan flight from Almaty was explained by the aircraft being in another city.
“The aircraft for flight KC7131 Almaty – Pavlodar is currently in the city of Pavlodar, where the temperature is below zero. An anti-icing machine is required for safe departure from the airport in the presence of precipitation or ice deposits on the surface of the aircraft. We remind you that FlyArystan flights are turnaround flights and passenger safety is the airline’s top priority,” the FlyArystan press service told KazTAG.
